Qualifications
- A Teacher’s Diploma with at least 5 years of teaching experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant area with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Experience teaching at IGCSE level will be an added advantage.
- A valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Practising Licence is required.
Candidates must demonstrate strong classroom management, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire learners.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons at secondary level.
- Assess, record and report on students’ academic progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold the values and ethos of LICEF School while maintaining high professional standards.
Remuneration
Remuneration is negotiable and will be commensurate with the qualifications, experience and quality of service offered.
